Compass Diversified acquires controlling interests in companies with the following characteristics:
- Enterprise values between $100 mm to $800 mm;
- Positive and stable operating cash flows of at least $10 mm per annum;
- Leadership position in branded consumer, industrial, and healthcare and critical outsourced services industries;
- Strong management teams, either currently in place or readily accessible.
CODI provides the entire capital structure for acquisitions. While we provide capital in the form of loans to our controlled subsidiaries, we only pursue opportunities in which we can also be the control equity investor.
