Mr. Keller joined Compass Diversified in 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer, and is responsible for the firm’s financial controls, accounting and reporting, risk assessment on a public company level, and the firm’s relationships with its capital markets partners. Stephen is also a member of the ESG committee and is responsible for driving the Company’s ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship, corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and sustainability as relevant to the Company. He is also a member of the Cybersecurity Committee and is responsible for driving the Company’s commitment to uphold the security and integrity of systems, networks, databases and applications, working to protect stakeholders’ data and the firm’s resilience. Previously, Mr. Keller was with Envista Holdings Corporation; Avery Dennison; The Freudenberg Group and AB SKF. Mr. Keller is a graduate of the University of Iowa and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Zach is Partner, COO and a member of the Investment Committee.
In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Investment Team, evaluating all investment opportunities, and strategic oversight of CODI’s subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Compass in 2009, Zach was in the Investment Banking Division of Citi.
Zach is a graduate of the University of California, Davis and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
