Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (the “LLC”), together with Compass Diversified Holdings, the Delaware statutory trust whose common shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CODI” (the “Trust,” and together with the LLC, “CODI” or the “Company”), is committed to conducting business with integrity and accountability, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and CODI policies. But compliance alone is not the standard – we are each responsible for exercising sound judgment and acting in an ethical manner that protects the trust placed in us by our stakeholders.
The CODI Code of Ethics (“Code”) applies to all who act on behalf of the Company, including directors, officers, and employees. It reflects the expectation that we conduct business responsibly, raise concerns when issues arise, and support a culture of accountability. Speaking up is a responsibility, and retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith is not tolerated.
We ask that you use this Code to navigate a path guided by principle, not pressure. In a dynamic and often complex business environment, our true north must remain clear. When faced with difficult decisions, pause and ensure your actions align with our values and the expectations placed upon us as a public company.
