As one of the founding partners of Compass Diversified in 1998, Mr. Sabo is charged with guiding the company’s strategic growth. He is a member of the Investment Committee and plays a critical role in identifying and evaluating transaction opportunities applying the investment principles established by the company. Currently, Mr. Sabo is the Chief Executive Officer of Compass Diversified (NYSE: CODI) and a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Sabo directs the financing activities of the company. Mr. Sabo also serves as a director for several of CODI’s current subsidiaries, including Arnold Magnetic Technologies Corporation, and Advanced Circuits, Inc., for which he also serves as Chairman of the Board. He previously served as the Chairman of Fox Factory Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FOXF), a former CODI subsidiary. Prior to Compass Diversified, Mr. Sabo was with CIBC Oppenheimer, Boundary Partners and Colony Capital. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mr. Faulkingham joined Compass Diversified in 2008. He is a member of the Investment Committee and, alongside Mr. Sabo, is responsible for evaluating and assessing transaction opportunities. He is also the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Compliance Officer of Compass Diversified (NYSE: CODI), and is responsible for the company’s financial controls, accounting and reporting, as well as risk assessment on a public company level. In addition, he manages the relationships with CODI’s capital markets partners. Mr. Faulkingham enjoys his role as the company’s Investor Relations spokesperson because it is a privilege to share a success story when you believe in the value creation CODI provides its shareholders. Mr. Faulkingham currently serves as a director for CODI’s Velocity Outdoor Inc. subsidiary. Previously, Mr. Faulkingham was with Merrill Lynch; WebMD Corporation and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Faulkingham is a graduate of Lehigh University and Fordham University.

Mr. Maciariello is Chief Operating Officer and a member of Compass Diversified’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for evaluating all of the organization’s investment opportunities. In this role, he manages Compass Diversified transaction opportunities and has responsibility for financial and strategic oversight of its subsidiaries.

Mr. Maciariello is currently a director and the Chairman of The Sterno Group of Companies, LLC and Foam Fabricators, Inc. He is also a director and board member of 5.11, Inc., doing business as 5.11 Tactical, Advanced Circuits, Inc. and The Ergo Baby Carrier, Inc. Mr. Maciariello joined Compass Diversified in 2005. Prior to that, he was with Bain & Company and Deutsche Banc Alex Brown. Mr. Maciariello is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Columbia Business School.
